Viking Electric oven beeping saying EOCGT v36...

Question

After using the oven tonight for 2 hours baking pies my new oven
electric premiere designer series has been beeping constantly and says across the digital screen.

It says  EOCGT v36 premier single   powering up

It won't start, or anything.

The same error code is appearing and beeping every 2 seconds
It won't stop.
I checked circuit breaker and they are fine.   I did have the door open to the oven after baking to warm the kitchen on a cold rainy night.  Then this beeping started
