I have a Viking Professional Oven in my home--model # VEDO273WH. There are 3 problems that have just popped up.
The main problem is that the oven is not cooking the food entirely. I had a meatloaf in for an hour, as I've done many times before, and the meat was raw!
Another problem is that it is taking up to an hour to preheat, when in the past it's heated as quickly as 10 minutes.
The third, and most recent problem is that it is not allowing me to heat both the top and the bottom oven at the same time (again, as I've done many times before). Once the bottom oven is heating, when I try to set the top oven it shuts the bottom off, and vice versa.
