The newly instated La Blaugrana manager has taken out time to voice his appreciation for the Brazilian international.
Barcelona’s head coach, Tito Vilanova, has hailed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dani-Alves-c9869 as the best right-back in the world, emphasizing that there was never any doubt regarding the former Sevilla player’s future at the Spanish giants.
Vilanova remarked that he is yet to see a defender who has similar ability to make a significant impact on the game. The Spaniard praised Alves for his dedication towards the Catalan giants and also stated that he is impressed by the Brazilian’s passion
and hard work on the pitch.
The Barca number 2 is indeed believed to be one of the best full-backs in the world at the moment. The athlete has shown great ability and skill on the ball.
Alves has been playing a vital role at the Nou Camp and is counted amongst the players who are accredited to help Barca reach the level of success that they have managed to reach in recent years.
At the end of the current season’s campaign, as Alves’ contract with the Azulgrana neared his conclusion, there was a noticeable amount of speculation regarding the footballer’s future at the Catalan capital.
However, the veteran right-back renewed his contract with the footballing juggernauts as he put all the speculations to bed.
Although the Selecao player was pleased with the renewal of his contract, he expressed his disdain at the fact that his current club never opted to deny all transfer rumours and speculation regarding his future.
As a result, Vilanova has made an attempt to bring an end to this ‘misunderstanding’.
While talking to reporters, the Catalan trainer was quoted as saying:
 "There was never any doubt about it. If I had thought for one minute that Dani felt that way, I would have called him to reassure him. I think he’s the best right-back in the world. I've never known a full-back who can make such an impact on a game.”
