Nurse living in Villamartin seeks 3 or 4 bedroom villa detached, private garden. Need to be able to walk to local international school. I am not sure you will get more than a 11 month rental in one go due to Spanish Law meaning that if your tenant stays in a property for 12 months they can stay for years.

Might be worth asking for a 11 month rental with a view to renew after this time.
