Village of bleus in france?

Question

my husband's family originally came from France then went to Croatia, they came from a village in France (south I think) called Bleus. My cousin in law saw it when she was on a bus trip but couldn't stop. She thought it was between Paris and Calais but that doesn't fit with being in the south.

there is no village called bleus near calais but in the south there is BLEU village 44 department near "le puy en velais" capital of "haute loire" region
