While I do agree with you, Finlay and Duggan don't require the same kind of money that Randy Savage or Vader would.  So it's a bit different.

It was more to it than that. Savage was injured and was told he should not wrestle but he insisted and we all know Savage was known for being a maniac. As far as Vader, here is a man who was a no show at many events even when he went to WCW so I am sure that had something to do with it.
