Vince Young and Randy Moss connect at Tennessee Titans practice
Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young and newly acquired wide receiver Randy Moss had their first chance to play together during Thursday's practice, and Young took the time to share his thoughts with the media about his new high-profile target.

"You can tell he's a veteran. He's very smart, asks questions," Young said about Moss. "He's doing a great job of asking questions, wanting to know where he's supposed to be and things like that. Overall, he's just being a vet receiver trying to make sure
he's in the right place for the whole offense."
Young had not yet had the chance to play with Moss, as Young had sat out the first couple of days of practice, taking time to nurse his sore ankle. Although Young practiced, his involvement was limited and he shared the duties during practice with Kerry
Collins.
Young, although he hasn't gone to the air quite as much as other quarterbacks around the league, boasts the AFC's top passer rating. With Moss as a target, one would probably expect Young to put the ball up with even more confidence.
"We all know what Randy can do on the outside and he does make spectacular plays," Young said about how he plans to incorporate Moss into the team's offence.
"And there is a time for them type of plays and there is a time not for them plays. You want to get the ball into the right guy's hands based off the coverage."
Although Young's ankle injury has been a problem for him, he has had the benefit of an extra week's rest as the Titans are coming off their bye. His inclusion into the lineup could be a game time decision as he waits to see how his ankle reacts.
"We still have a long season," Young said. "Yes, I want to be out there playing. But if it don't let me get out there to play, I won't play. At the same time, if I feel good you will see me out there playing."
