Vinegar in a Scooter Petrol Tank?

What would happen if someone put vinegar in a full petrol tank(100cc Scooter) and attempted to run it?

same effect as putting water in the tank... it wouldn't run once the gasoline burned out of the carb...

would need to have the tank drained, carb drained & cleaned and potentially fresh spark plug or as a minimum cleaned.  likewise, would need to spin the engine several times with spark plug out to clear any liquid out of the cylinder .

I  think the vinegar would cause engine problems.
