Vinotemp service in SF area?

Question

Has anyone gotten good service on a Vinotemp wine cellar from a San Francisco-area refrigeration repair service?My cooling unit has failed and I'd just as soon not ship it back for service if I can avoid it. None of the places I've called from the yellow pages had any experience.
