Violated copyright law on ebay for microsoft points? contact microsoft?

I was selling some Microsoft points on ebay. I had a classified ad and ebay canceled it because I didn't have permission from the owner of the item to sell it. I violated the copyright law. So they are telling me to contact microsoft and ask permission to sell these cards I have??? what do I do? microsoft won't get back with me they don't care. help please I want to get rid of these codes!!

  1. It's not clear from your facts that you violated any copyright laws.  What makes you think that?

    In any case, Ebay is notorious for siding with the larger corporations when it comes to taking down listings.  You might consider selling your points in other websites.  Or you might consider just giving them away to a friend or family member.
