The elegant stroke-maker has not looked back since then and has moved forward immensely as an international cricketer, having already scored almost five thousand runs at the game’s ultimate stage with the help of 15 centuries.

Kirsten, who was previously working with the Indian team and led the Men in Blue to victory in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and also to the number one ranking in Test cricket, feels that Kohli is a true match-winner and the bowlers have to work hard to
get him out.
"I am very pleased for Virat. He has worked a lot on his game and is a stand-out batsman in world cricket today. He is one of those cricketers with x-factor who doesn`t get himself out," said the Proteas’ coach. "You have to get him out as he doesn`t give

"There is enough information available on every player to be analysed at length. There is internet, there are recordings of matches available. Our focus should be to understand each other and play well," Kirsten added.
South Africa have already lost two of their Super 8 encounters and Kirsten would love to end the tournament on a high.
