OK, I'm planning to call Virgin Media about connecting to PS3 Online using they're wired services...

But what section (number) should i call under?

Like internet faults, technical difficulties etc.

This would really help, thanks.

    If you want to connect the PS3 to the internet have you tried fitting an ethernet cable between the Virgin modem and the PS3? Should work with no fuss.
