Virgin Media Phone Bill Help?

I live with my parents who have virgin media service tv,phone and broadband package and we have received a phone bill of £64.00 to premium numbers (Sexual Lines). I just wanted to know has anyone had this problem and what has been done to solve it because my mother blames me and i wouldn't stupid enough to call premium numbers from a home phone.

If you use things like telephone banking, calls to technical support for your computer, television etc.  Calls to certain directory enquiries lines are also premium.  If you or your parents have been doing any of this then they may have come up as Premium.
