  1. im not sure they do it on virgin media but on sky (by the way there is an offer on at the moment £19 a month) you can get multiroom which means you can watch a programme downstairs while others can watch what they want ina different room

  2. look in the argos catalogue you will find video senders you have to watch the same thing in both rooms but most of the video senders can use the remotes in the other rooms as well they are pretty cheap and easy to set up and best of all you don't have a million miles of cable to lay around the house

  3. you but a length of cable and you need male and females ends for one coming out of the box and one going into aerial socket (look at a video cable exact same as those and thats it change the tv you want to watch it on to an avi channel and hey presto maplins good for the parts or a hardware store getting bits yourself should not be more than £4

    you use a coaxil cable

sorry should explain that really all you are looking to have is the same type of cable that would connect a video player to a tv aerial socket and as u want it in another room it needs to be longer if u have a cable at home u could bring the tv closer to the box to see it works and then buy the stuff needed to get it longer for another room (i brought the video cable with me to show the saleperson what i needed lol)
