Virgin Mobile Help ?

My samsung slash just randomly froze today and its been frozen all day. I emailed Virgin Mobile today explaining the situation and asking if there was a way to fix it and if not if i could get a free replacement phone. But they'll probabaly give me a dumb answer.Has anyone else had this problem and if so wat did you do?

I had the same problem I but I called in and they said they can send me a replacement phone but I had to pay a "low" price ....

well I payed only 50 ...and the phone was 100 ...

just call them ... and tell them how much does a replacement phone cost...

Get a new phone, that's not Virgin Mobile. Virgin Mobile is stupid. That was my very first cell phone.
