Virgin Mobile - LG Flare - Custom Ringtones?

I'm using this guide, which details how to get custom ringtones on a VM phone. Now, I was wondering what cable I would use to connect the phone to the computer. The phone doesn't have a USB port on it. Only the power, and headphones. So which wire would I need?

its really easy and the sound quality its really good!

but im not sure if they support Virgin mobile
