Virgin Mobile Phone?

About a two months ago I need more minutes for my phone but I forgot my pin number. I think I lost my phone number because when i went to https://www.virginmobileusa.com/login/challenge.do I entered my phone number and it said my phone number was invalid!

How do I get my phone number back, do I have to activate it again?

I think you need 2 activate it again. did u go longer then the time u needed to top up by?

i don't think you can get your # back - that's why they make you top up every 3 months or so. you can ask though!
