Virgin e-mail: Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble logging in(my password doesn't work) and when I?

try to change my password, I get the following "Error 404: Cannot find page" message?

No I haven't using my normal email using Outlook Express and I just tried logging into Webmail via the home page and logged straight in. It could be a temporary glitch in your area. I come under the East Berkshire area.

Working fine for me both via thunderbird and web-mail.

We have three e mail addresses with virgin, 2 were created when we first got virgin broadband (blueyonder at the time) and the third was created a year or two later.  Often find that the first two work and the third one returns errors (some times just a blank error message) or the other way round.

My guess is that it depends which server your account is on, it usually starts working again within a couple of hours, occasionally takes until the next day.

So I suggest you wait until tomorrow and if it's still not working phone them.
