Virgin media or Sky?

Question

I currently have virgin media and have been having a few service problems ( including the poor english skills of the cretins i speak to on the phone) and i am thinking of changing to sky! Does anybody know what the service is like?

Sky is brilliant, never had any problems with their service. Although only had to ring them once. Surely thats not a bad thing!

As a sky engineer I would say sky,but this is because our moto is right first time every time, our service centre is easy to talk too and the engineers will help as much as they possibly can. GO FOR SKY.

Virgin sucks big time got rid of them on tuesday contract was up yay!:)

Sky is excellent and there call centre is based in scotland. Never had a problem when talking with them.
