Virgin mobile to cricket??

Question

I just bought a VM wildcard and was told by two different stores the first that they couldnt get the ESN number to come up so that they could flash it. The second that it couldnt be flashed at all. whats the deal?? I know theres people that have gotten theres flashed to cricket. I talked to someone who had it done at a third party cell phone place.
