Hello, this is a fix. to a problem i had. and since no one likes detail's i thought i could share to you.
Now all you do is connect your Virgin Player into the Computer via/USB and go to My Computer> right click on the drive and "FORMAT", click on OK Then a little box comes up. this will format your Virgin Player.

The PP5020.MI4 file, Go to your Virgin Player and it should be at either E:\ or F:\ depends. In the ROOT or Beginning of your Drive. right click and Make a new folder. Name this Folder as "System" and once that PP5202.MI4 file has downloaded. Drag and drop it into the folder on your Virigin player (System folder) and then. Disconnect Drive, reboot Virgin player and it will fix the Harddrive problems (and music problems).

Music manager software, This is a drive/plugin for Windows Media Player 9-10 (no Windows Media Player11 support due to out-dated drivers) Extract the File, Run the Setup installer. it will ask you to reboot. Please re-boot. Once re-booted it will further the install. and then thats it. For music? Simple. Start your Windows Media Player 9 or 10 (dont use media monkey there is a pAsma-A,Worm in the installer. <--aka virus" Once you have Windows media player running (If you have Windows Media Player 11 simply Un-install it from Controll Panel>Add-remove.) this will go back to windows media player10.
Connect your Virgin player to the Computer go to windows media player and click on SYNC tab. Now you should see your Virgin player on the right hand side coloum. Browse for music on your PC's Harddrive. and select the songs you want. They will load into the Windows media player with checkbox's on the side. Simply Check the boxs if you want that music to be put into the player or not....once you have decided click on the Green Sync Button....the music will then be copied into your Virgin player.
have music on your virgin player that needs to be taken out? Go to your virgin player drive. on the Top it will say File/Edit/View/Tools. Click on TOOLS and then Folder Options... Once in there, you will see a tab at the top called "View" in the little window there is an option

[*]Show hidden files and folders...
select the "show..." and then click "Ok" now you will see a Folder in your Virgin player named "System" that is shaded out. Click on it and there is about 5 Sub-folders. Click on "Music" folder. This is where all your players music is! copy and paste to your Desktop...
*WARNING** You cant put MUSIC into your VIRGINPLAYER this way!!! THE PLAYER WILL NOT RECOGNIZE IT!!...I tried it out first...hehehe
