Virgin plus. Is it any cop? How does it compare to SKY plus?

I have contemplated getting virgin plus but I am put off by the problems I have with my regular virgin box sometimes. Quite often it doesn't display programme information and you can almost never see what's on more than 24 hours ahead. Do you get the same problem with the plus box? Goes if you do it would be pretty pointless as you would not be able to set it too record ahead of time, say if you went on holiday.

I have just switched to SKY from Virgin - so much better
