Virgin tv box wont turn on ?

i habe a samsung virgin tv box and i wont turn on its just stuck on off and the red light on the power button

Sounds like it's overheated. We had that with our old one (now we have a rubbish v+ box we're still waiting to have replaced after 2 months!)  Ring them up and get another one

Try unpluging it and plugging it in again. If this does not work (it possibly won't) then phone 151 if you have a virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone network and report this fault. They will probably replace the box.
