The best way to sell a timeshare is to advertise it for sale. You can set your own price and choose the closing option that you feel most comfortable with. No commissions!

Look for an agency that advertises everywhere, not just on the internet. Also, since many buyers will need financing, look for an agency that has potential sources that buyers can go to.

Be wary of "free" or low-cost websites that promise to sell your timeshare. Often, you get what you pay for. Nothing!

There is not such a thing as "timeshare realtors" be very careful.  Be cautious if anyone one represents themselves as one specially if they ask for money up-front as most of them are just SCAMS.
