Virgo boyfriend acting weird.. ?

Question

I'm a capricorn, he's a virgo.. We have been going out for a while now.. and things are amazing.. he's so caring and I can truely feel he's in love.. But when ever we are close to do something together.. like meet and get serious.. he will get very emotional and have trouble expressing himself,

Last night he was talking to my best friend, and she has a crush on him, he tried to be polite and tell her that he wasn't interrested.. he told her that he wanted to be friends only, she told him that he was a player, and he got mad, he messaged his bestfriend and told her how he was giving up on life..

Tomorrow we are suppose to spend the day together, and he's been ignoring me since this happened..

I know that when he need space, he will stop talking to people.. but im worried and he knows it..

I don't know what to do..

I'm thinking about calling his grandfathers house knowing he is there..

(i never called him there but he doesnt reply his phone)

And, whenever we are close to do something important, he will always think that it will never happen..

Tell me if it's a normal behavior and how to deal with it,

When ya'll do talk act like nothing ever happened, just to see where he is coming from.

The best thing for now is to just leave him alone. Virgo's have enormous amounts of pride and are very logical.  He needs time and space to sort out his emotions and where he wants his life to go.

Putting pressure on him will only drive him more into his own world and will result in your being pushed away...this is how some virgo's deal with pressure and with relationships.  His giving you the "silent treatment" is one of "his methods" to see if you are interested in him..he secretly may want you to gently reach out to him.  This gives him reassurance of his value to you.

virgos are sensitive by nature and yes, when they are pissed they will ignore people to extreme lengths. being a capricorn makes you more spontaneous. You need to confront him because you are more emotional.
