If I happen to get a virus in a virtual machine, will it transfer into the host machine, infecting my computer?

  1. no, it won't

    Virtual machines are independent machines to your real computer.

    If you happen to get a mega virus, the only thing truly infected is your virtual hard drive.  Which u can then delete :)
