Virtual School! (NY)?

I want to attend Penn Foster high school, and im already attending a public hs, and i talked to my conselours about this and there saying that i need to be 17 years old to do it. is it true? because i want to transfer out!!!

yes it is possible but contact the school you are wanting to transfer to first, A parent can transfer you out regardless of your age
