I will be starting a business that provides a virtual assistant who takes all your calls, coordinate events, call clients, arrange trips suchs as car rental, hotels, flights, etc.... They don't make office works such as reports or essays. they work 10 hours a day from 9 AM to 7 PM from Mon to Fri. We don't charge by minute, we charge by number of calls. The prices are:

50 calls a month - $69

100 calls a month - $129

250 call a month - $279

500 calls a month - $490

900 calls a month - $849

All Virtual Assistants are billingual (english and spanish). We give you a line that could be a toll free line, unllimited calls to make from our line to the US and Canada, fax line, automated recorded message, extensions numbers, etc.

Do you think could be a good idea in spite already exists?. Give recommendations!!.

  1. I've worked with call support centres from Mexico, India, Philippines and a few other places. I can safely say that call counts alone, will not work.

On the consumers' side of the table, when I make a call to an assistant, there is a goal in mind to be achieved. Or several goals. Within a single call, I could ask you to arrange a meeting with Mr X in his office plus a dinner in the evening. That's MY goal.

Your sub-goals becomes the meeting arrangement, dinner arrangement, car rental, flights and if necessary, hotel too.

Even if your business charges for outgoing calls for the arrangements, how would you give me, the client, an account of all the required calls? What if a sub-goal failed? For example you needed to make 15 calls to secure a rented car. Does the client get charged for 15 attempts or the One successful call?

Call support centres can still thrive on call counts because they typically focus on limited topics but in great depth.

Virtual secretarial centres thrive on broader contexts but already have some business connections with car rentals, restaurant networks and flight agencies. They get booking priorities, commissions or get back some leads as part of their corporate value system.

But I suspect that you already have part of these networks, so the real question becomes how does your company position Value to the client. How much will it save them versus how much they have to pay you.

  2. Yes, I think so!

It's the next step of Virtual Address...

  3. Advertise regionally only, so time zones do not become an issue.

Make sure your .wav files are mac compatible!!  Be sure you offer role playing for the company's directors, to tweak the information you will be providing on their behalf.  If at all possible, assign your staff to the accounts - they will have the benefit of repetition when answering calls for that client,  making result more consistent.  Good luck!

  4. i think it is a great idea....after my business gets going good i might could use some help...

  5. Yea, can I work for you? Seriously! I'm looking for a online work from home job.
