Virus Problem? How can I take it off?

Well, when I try to open my Internet Explorer they say my computer has some virus on it. and I can only use Mozilla Firefox. It's affecting my files.. What can I do? I can't heal it with AVG. I dont know what to do. Help Me.

  1. if nothing works....then just download super-antispyware...go to their site and use the 15 day trial....go into safe mode with networking and then only install as the virus can cause some problem...to go  into safe mode press f8 when your computer starts in the screen that appears select safe mode with networking...then install and update super antispyware...scan and delete annd viruses that it detects...you are virus free

  4. I would recommend backing up your data before anything becomes more corrupted. And then I would recommend reloading your Windows install. Some virus' are just a pain to get rid of. Just remember to always backup your data!

    If the Virus is still there after a full system wipe. Take it out back and put her down. Buy a new one and try to move on :D

  7. It should be an ad-ware.

    Think about it, a browser will not inform you of a virus.

    Impossible that the virus informs the browser that it is there.  o.0

    It is most likely an ad-ware or something that is trying to get you to buy antivirus software.

    If AVG detected it as a virus, go into safe mode to heal it.
