Virus Trouble Sounds Running Randomly

I Got a virus a few days ago, got it away my computer is fine now, I did a virus, spyware and rogue scanner and now they are clear the only problem I am having now is that I keep hearing random music for a few seconds or silly things like "Do you like Aliens" could anyone please help me its annoying and could turn into addition virus's

you still have a virus try starting in safe mode F8 then run your anti virus and anti spy ware then reboot
