download avast antivirus antivirus and spyboot search and destory and start your computer in safe mode and then install avast and update it than scan your computer after that when virus is removes scan your system with  spyboot search and destory and fix all the problem

first of all uninstall all antivirus and antispyware softwares from add remove program in control panel, restart your pc and then use only one antivirus software (u can use 'avira antivir' free download) and scan and delete the virus and restart then u will get the solution
