Virus that changes desktop pic? DANGER?

it says that it says virus name then DANGER and wont let me Have my old desktop pic help

ok to get ride of the desktop pic just right click  then go to arrange  icons by then go to lock web items on desktop then click on that then go to the top of the pic and a bar should pop up then go to close it  

p.s this wont delete the virus

Step 1. Click Start>run and type gpedit.msc

Step 2. Expand User Configuration

Step 3. Expand Administrative template

Step 4. Click Desktop (Do not expand it)

Step 5. Double click Don’t save settings at exit

Step 6. Click Enabled then Apply then ok

Step 7. again Double click Don’t save settings at exit

Step 8. Click Disabled then Apply then ok

Step 9. Expand control panel

Step 10. Click Display

Step 11. Double click Disable changing wallpaper

Step 12. Click Enabled then Apply then ok

Step 13. again Double click Disable changing wallpaper

Step 14. Click Disabled then Apply then ok

Go to your desktop and try to change the wallpaper. I think it will work now. Or you can restart ur PC.
