Question:

Visa Confirmation Number from South Korea.?

I recently applied to teach English in South Korea. I spoke with a recruiter and have done all the correct paper work. I submitted my package through FedEx and it arrived at the education department Aug. 8, 2008. I have not received my contracts, visa confirmation number, and other important papers back from them. It has been exactly three weeks and I am wondering if this is normal? Also, if anybody has encountered a similar delay in getting their paper work back from them, I would like to know if you just waited or contacted another source. Thanks so much!!

  1. I'm in a similar situation, except I've been waiting about a month. My recruiter has been very helpful and communicative, and they tell me it usually takes up to three weeks, but the Chuseok holiday has probably caused even further delays.
