Visa Details for Chile?

Hi I have resident Visa in Abu dhabi, and i have a project assignment in Chile. I couldn't find any Embassy in UAE. How can i proceed for this. What are the documents i have to carry along with me if i am approaching the Embassy. Any help in this is appreciated greatly, because i ahve to be there in Chile on 1st week of August.
