Visa Gift Card Question?

Ok, so I'm a 16 year old boy and i live with my mom. I just got a visa gift card so i can buy things off the internet. If i were to say...buy something bad off the internet (like something i didnt want my mom to know about) would my mom be able to find out that i bought it? Could she look at some sort of log that says i bought it or something? If she could find out, then how could i make it so she couldnt find out?
