Visa Help!!!!!?

I just found out that my boyfriends visa has expired..... what can he do to extend his stay and keep him here?? We have been together for 3 years and want to get married, would that help even if his visa has expired?? I believe it expired last week. Thanks so much for your help!!!

once it expires its best to just ride it out and be here illegally...you can still marry though

If he had a valid visa, then he should be able to get residency through a marriage with you even though his visa expired. Find a good immigration lawyer to discuss and then make an appointment at city hall.

Make a consultation with an AILA approved lawyer and have them explain his options.

Generally speaking overstays are forgiven in the light of marriage to a U.S. citizen - but remember, this is just a general assumption and is not true in all cases.
