Visa Prepaid Card?

Question

So i got a prepaid visa card and just wanted to know if i can go to like an ATM machine to just deposit money. So i wont have to use the MoneyPak card and be charged 4.95?

And do i also get charged 4.95 a month for having the visa?

Have you considered getting a checking account? If your over 18, it's a lot cheaper than using these cards.
