Visa Refusal?

Question

Can't we apply any other visa if we have been refused once. My wife visa has been refused for Australia for student dependant/spouse visa. Can we apply for any other visa to Australia?

you may start by asking why? and an appeal for motion to reconsider after any corrections have been made to your visa app.
