Visa all-acess debit cards help?

Question

Ok this is the story. I went to go buy something from someone on these forums. I used paypal to pay him 153.00 and i had 153.65 on my card. so paypal said the charges went through. netspend.com(the card) says there is a pending transaction of 154.00 and thats .35 cents more than what i had on it. It says there is overdraft protection but im really not sure whats going on. And did the guy i purchased something from get the money? Someone please help me.

NETSPEND SUCKS!!!!! Am I right? Have you also had a bad experience with Netspend?

They allowed a merchant to accept my card without authorization on a two-year contract and despite the merchants unethical behavior (refusing to cancel or refund monies they should never have taken, by phone, saying they didnt receive faxes, denying a request to cancel in person after a 200 mile trip specifically for that reason), Netspend still is more oncerned about their bogus relationships with these shady merchants than they are with the protection of a customer, multiple accounts, several year customer, very profitable to them.

Netspend Sucks!!!! Have you had that experience too?
