Visa appeal? Help???

hi, i have applied for my husbands visa it has been refused and i have been advised to appeal against the decision?

any tips or advice on how to speed things up, please bare in mind i have a little baby girl and am living alone with her, husband is needed to be here ASAP.

What country are you a citizen of, and what is your husband's country of citizenship?  Your husband can apply for your immigration to his country of citizenship, and he can obtain a passport for his own country for his daughter since she has a right to citizenship in her father's country of citizenship.

Without knowing more about the case it is difficult to advise regarding an appeal, but most appeals fail.  They are lovely for immigration attorneys, however.  Total money-spinners.  An appeal is so much more profitable than an application.
