Visa debit cards from wal mart.........?

how do you use them? can you purchase airline tickets with them?

As far as I know they can be used just like any other debit/credit card can be used.

The only issue is paying the amount you want, such as $100 for a card then you have to pay the $6.99 or whatever the cost is to have it activated.

The main use of these are for people that want to shop online and other such things but do not have a debit/credit card.

Not sure on the international portion, sorry.

In theory you should be able to use it to purchase airline tickets.

OK, I was reading about this around the internet, and it looks like you can use it anywhere you can use visa. So yes, I think you can use it in Ireland.
