You may be a little bit wrong, as it does let you go into minuses when you spend in shops/supermarkets

However it lets you do the basic things,

use it online,

take out money in cash machines

That's all you need, and you gain a little interest

I had one of these when I was 13.

You can actually use it as a VISA card online, so there is no limit to where you can use it.

I think it's ok, I have one and can use it most places... It doesn't allow you to overspend, which is a good thing

u can use it online, cash machines and high street shops and supermarkets. just ask if its not displayed because often they havent changed their little card stickers for years
