Hi All,

I have a flight via colombo and there is a 20hr stop over at colombo.

Being an Indian citizen can anyone tell whether A VISA will be required for sri lanka or can we get out of the airport without a visa?

I need the answer urgently so it will be really helpful if someone could throw some light.

  1. Visa is not required for Indian citizen to visit Srilanka (as tourist).

    www.visahq.com

Click on the destination country then pick your citizenship.

    Good luck

  2. Usually a 30 day visa will be issed upon arrival in Sri Lanka so you should be able to exit the airport.
