Visa for UK????

Question

My girlfriend is Japanese living inthe UK. She has renewed her visa twice. She's a hairdresser and she is tied to her job because she needs to get her boss to sponser her every year.

Problem is that her boss pays her really really c**p money.

I would like to find other ways of helping her to secure a decent paying job but i dontknow what to do...

Any advice would be very helpful.......

i don't think there's anything u can do other than her looking for a decent job that pays well depending on her qualifications.
