  1. Hawaii is a US state, just like California and Florida, so if you need a visa to visit the USA you need the same visa to go to Hawaii.

    Good luck!

  2. Yes, you'll need to get a visa to visit the United States, and Hawaii has been one of the United States for 49 years.

Yes, February may be the best month to visit Hawaii. It's the height of humpback whale season here. You can take a whale cruise to see the whales stick their fins and tails out of the water, or just jumping out of the water. You might even see whales while you're standing on the shore. It's happened to me several times.

  3. I don't think you need a visa. Just a passport.

    Hawaii is beautiful in February.

    Enjoy !!!

  4. I'm not sure how the visa thing works as I am already an american citizen (they do have you fill out an agricultural form on the plane before you land just stating your name, where you'll be staying, and if you have any fruit, plants, or animals with you). I moved here in february and the weather was pretty consistently sunny with few showers. Believe it or not, summer tends to be really wet. :( I feel sorry for anyone who's been over here on vacation these past few months lol!

  5. Yes and yes

  6. Hawaii is a U.S. state. It as much belongs to the USA as California or any other U.S. state does. So if you need a visa for the USA, then you need a visa for Hawaii because Hawaii is the USA.

Yes, February is a good month to travel to Hawaii. It's not in the main season, so hotel rooms are cheaper.
