  2. if u are holding a British passport u donot need a visa to enter unites states. If u are holding a Irish passport even then u can enter a US for a maximum stay of 60 days.

Irish nationals: Irish nationals require a valid passport. Irish passport holders qualify for the visa waiver program, but a machine-readable passport (MRP) must be presented to gain visa-free entry to the country, which allows a stay of up to 90 days. Visitors must have return or onward tickets and all necessary documents for further travel.

  3. From what country are you travelling from first of all.

Ffor most European counties you do not need a visa under the visa waver argements between the 2 counties.

However for the UK and I'm not sure if it counts for other counties, if you have been arrested for anything, no matter what the outcome was, you are meant to get a visa.

However there is no way to check if you have been arrested.

  4. Depends what country you are coming from.

  5. Hi there

You dont need a Visa. These are for people staying a long time or intending to work - this is a holiday after all, not you going over there to work.

At the airport you will need to fill out a couple of forms, make sure you have the name and address of where you will be staying, as well as the dates to and from that you will be there. Make sure you leave plenty of time, the queues for immigration can be an awful pain.

Dont forget your passport, and have a safe trip!

  6. depends. you got to check you know. some countries dont need. what country are you from?
