Visa interview without appointment letter?

My fiance's Fiance visa interview is in 3 days, and she is yet to receive an appointment letter, can she still have her interview?

You may call the Embassy where she will be interviewed and present to them your dilemma. They should have sent your fiance a packet of forms to be filled out and list of documents/proofs to be brought to the interview and it includes too the appointment letter.Usually, an appointment letter is also needed on her Medical which should take place before the interview. She will be asked too to present that appointment letter at the entrance of the Embassy on the date of the interview itself.

If her interview was scheduled by the National Visa Center, she should be able to go to the interview on the appointment date. However, it wouldn't hurt to contact the immigrant visa section at the US embassy or consulate. Check for the internet website at usembassy.state.gov. hopefully, she has completed the immigration physical and the other forms necessary for the interview.
