Visa on arrival at Qatar for Saudi resident?

Question

I am an Indian national working at Dammam in Saudi as a Mechanical Draughtsman(That's the profession on my visa/passport). Will I be able to get visa on arrival at qatar border if I go by road?

Multiple exit re-entry visa is stamped on my passport by which I use to visit Bahrain on weekends by road almost 45 Kms from Khobar/dammam.

Is the same applicable for Qatar as well..? it's almost 400kms by road to qatar from dammam.. It's better to take the road than to take an expensive flight.
