Visa requirement for nurses in uk

can someone please let me know about the qualification & experience requirement to get workpermit from uk. I do have 2.5 yrs of experince from aga khan hospital (pak)

To get a work permit... isn't something you can apply for by yourself anymore. Your place of employment should do that now.
