  1. from personal experience   get the lowest visa  you cab get  upon  entry in china  take your Chinese citizen wife to the local Chinese security bureau  (Police )  with marriage certificate and file for a new visa you will get 1 yr visa for  740 RMB

  2. th∆t  must be tough

  3. I don't know, say a few prayers and you'll get an answer.

  4. The Chinese government doesn't care that you've married a Chinese national. Your visa options are the same as they were when you were single.

Apply for an "L" (lu you - tourist) visa. No fuss, no muss.

Any other visa requires an authorized Chinese "dan wei" to issue you a "yao qing han" (invitation), such as a university for an "X" visa (xue sheng - student) or a Chinese corporation for an "F" (fangwen - visit) or "Z" (gong zuo - work) visa.

  5. Depends whether you're going to China to visit or to live.
